Description
The VTOD() function converts VAXdates to Lianja dates so that date arithmetic can be performed. The resulting date conforms to the current settings of SET DATE, SET CENTURY and SET MARK. <expC> must be an 11 character string containing a VAXdate in the format DAY-MONTH-YEAR.
