UI States Editor in RC4

As stated in another thread Lianja App Builder RC4 has an integrated UI State Manager.

I Have now completed the UI States Editor which slides in from the right when you click its' icon in the HeaderBar.

You will notice from the screenshot that when you define a UI "State" you can optionally specify a condition. If a visual UI element has a certain state specified and in your App you change state to that particular UI state then the condition is evaluated. There are two sets of properties that go along with a state. The "condition true" properties and the "condition false" properties.
