Lianja 9.6.4 pre-release

I have uploaded 9.6.4 pre-release into the beta directories for those with premium support and others who have access to this.

• New sidebars (left and right) sidebar section header colors can now be customized. See the lianjademo App for example usage,
• Fixed Lianja Python module installation on Linux. The requirements.txt file for the Python package was incorrect on Linux and MacOS.
• Fixed Attributes not refreshing page and section attributes properly when selected from the "UI Explorer".
• Improved CSS editing.
• Improved The LianjaScript val() function and the value attribute from numerictextbox now strips currency characters including spaces.
• Improved Script Editor and Intellisense performance.
• New serialport class.
• Enhanced httpserver class to enable it to be used as a socket server.
• Bug fixes and performance improvements
