Try this:

1. Delete or rename your folders in E:\lianja\data\ that have '!' in the folder name.
2. Create a text file called config.db in the C:\lianja\config\ folder and give it the content below:

set datadir to e:\lianja\data\

Ok. The ! in xyz! database is a marker "don't use it" only
