More Widget Alignment Options

Hi

I would like to suggest the following alignment options be added to the alignment tool in the app builder:

1) Align Top Edges
2) Align Bottom Edges
3) Align Left Edges
4) Align Right Edges
5) Centre Vertically
6) Centre Horizontally

Some of these are already in beta9R4. We will review and see which ones are missing and add them.
