Improved error logging in v2.1

I have improved the debug error logging in 2.1 to hep you pinpoint hard to find errors.

The debug.txt file is now versioned for each run of the App Builder or the App Center e.g debug.txt becomes debug_<pid>.txt where <pid> is the process id of the running executable. Same goes fro debug_client_<pid>.txt.

You may want to purge these files periodically.

That sounds like a job for setup.prg, which now (2.1) runs whenever the app loads. Using the SPAWN command to run a prg in the library, I can purge the files without affecting load time. That's a use I hadn't envisioned, but now that I've thought of it, I can see a lot of uses for similar cleanup actions.
