Reports and Android

I would like to know please if you have a definite date for Lianja to support reports as it does VFP and also know when Lianja will be available for Android.

It does android now, as a web app. You can also build with Phonegap/Cordova (easiest with Adobe Build service). The ability to automatically push to Adobe Build will come in a later release.

The VFP-style Report Writer is on the roadmap at http://www.lianja.com/resources/roadmap. Since table quick reports are available now (with customizable breaks, etc.).

As Barry has said here (many times <s>), there are no definite times for the roadmap. You can judge the progress in the roadmap by looking a the release dates: it has been constant, and in comparison to other development stacks, very timely.

If you need reporting vfp-style now, take a look at the community edition of BIRT. It outputs reports in HTML; can be connected to using a web service; and has a desktop designer, all free and free to use. The HTML can, of course, be displayed in a webview section.
