    Lianja from yesterday will not start ..

    I upgraded to the new beta 10, then I do not know if I've used it .. but now no longer starts.

    appears the Lianja splash screen.. after a while, if I make a click, I got the message "Lianjia not responding" ...

    I tried to install the beta 8 .. but it behaves the same.

    The only new software I have installed is:
    SonicWall NetExtender, I need to work for a VPN connection ..

    please, help..
    I can not live without Lianja ..

    Well you were using Lianja until you installed that other product so obviously it is not allowing internet access which Lianja requires. I know nothing about that product, you need to look at providing port 80 access to http and 443 for https from Lianja.

    Hi Barry, the vpn is turned off.. My computer is connected to internet.. I try to remove the software. But.. If I'm not connected to internet.. lianja not work?

    I've removed trhe sw.. but Lianja stop at the splash screen..
    How can I try?

    Read my original response. You have been using Lianja for a long time. You have installed SonicWall that is preventing Lianja from validating your license.

    Read the doc I sent you on SonicWall.

    Monday I try to delete than reinstall Lianja.. If work, I reinstall sonic wall.. And I follow the instructions... I hope to solve this problem...

    A VPN is not a firewall. They are two different things. You need to disable that firewall until you can figure out how to let it allow Lianja to access the internet using ports 80 and 443.

    This is nothing to do with Lianja.

    sorry Barry, but I do not understand ..
    NetExtender, is a program to connect to a remote Lan .. why should block ports 80 and 443?
    thinking he had changed the Windows firewall, I also tried to turn it off .. but nothing.

    I can only repeat again what I already said. You were using Lianja until you installed that product, so it is doing something that has stopped Lianja working.

    You need to read the product description.

    it acts as a proxy and firewalls the network. It is interfering with Lianja licensing. You need to make sure you can still use IE and that's it's proxy settings are correct to work with SonicWall NetExtender as our licensing will use the proxy.
