    Submitted Ticket Removed

    What does it mean when you submit a ticket and then notice that it has been removed from the 'View My Tickets' screen?

    It means it has gone onto the 'Enhancements Request' list.

    It means it has been assigned to a LianjaDev. You get an email when it changes status. e.g. is fixed.
