ui Page Libraries Search-Function

I'm dealing with UI Page Libraries using the ui_mypageLibrary. I can make adjustments there, which are then adopted. However, I have the problem that the Show custom search dialog panel is not displayed when calling customerlist from the lianjademo app. I wanted to include the search function (magnifying glass) when displaying the customer list. It works fine in the ui_mypagelibrary. All other changes are only displayed if the corresponding customerlist.vpx is called, but the search function remains hidden. Am I missing something?
Is it possible to expand the footer with the functions forward, back, etc. with the search function or switch it off if necessary?

If the UI page library is too restrictive, Visual,componentts are a better solution.

Hi Olaf,

The example app ui_mypagelibrary has a few attributes unchecked that need edited.

Open the ui_mypagelibrary component app

In the page attributes "Save in ui page library" needs checked.

Select the section and edit the section attributes.

Uncheck "hide section header"

Check "Search bar" and "Custom query builder" in the assistant.

Now the UI page has search capabilities.
