How I can configure rules to a user to open specific app after login?
Based on the roles assigned to the user the app center displays the tiles of the apps they can run.
I can see a use case for assigning an app to run after login. Let me think about the best way to implement this.

In 8.1 I have added the ability to specify in the roles for a user
loginapp=the_app_name
So after the user logs in the app will be opened instead of the App Center.
Clicking (or touching) the Home icon returns to the Login page.
