Problem to deploy new app

Hi all,

It's been a while since I've done a new application, and maybe I'm not remembering right.
But the "published" flag doesn't save... I set it to true, but then it goes back to false....



In fact, I don't see it in the app center and it doesn't work in the browser either.

but work only from "app inspector".. If I open settings without it, on the right, the "done" don't save.
