    Basic Startup Environmet Question

    Hi
How to stop Lianja attempting to open these database files on startup
And to understabd why this might be happening
(these were some test databases I created (probably in error)

Also - How can I permanently remove these databases
If attempt to DROP them (After Close) I get error (Cannot Close Error 41)
If I attempt to OPEN them I get file accees permission denied

    Thanks
    Charlie

For clean start use command line switch --reset.
    After success remove this switch

    Hi Charlie,

    1) Start Lianja
    2) Close the current application
    3) Click the Data workarea (the Lefthand Icons in the LAB)
    4) Select the database in the App Inspector data tab
    5) Right-click the database you want to remove
    6) Click the Delete option (3rd one down).

And you can also do this from the command window/console:

    drop database xxx

You will need to refresh the window afterwards.

You can do the command version while still in an App -- but first have to issue Close Database. Remember to open the database for the current app when done.

    Hi Charlie,

Make sure you have the '(default)' project open so that you see all databases. If you have another project open, you will only see the databases that have been added to that project.

    Regards,
