I haven’t been keen to fragment the forums by country as we are primarily English spoken and would not be able to participate or help.

That was more aimed to splitting workload, or managing potential jobs. And maybe help each other, since some Germans aren't very well trained in English.

I think that' s a great idea. I did some community organizing back in the day. The first principle is "meet them where they are." Even in it's the same language, there are cultural styles of approaching issues, discussing issues, and so forth. Heck, even within one country those differences can exist. But at least there's some commonality. I think the person like yourself, who does more than one major culture well, is the exception, not the rule.
