    Gantt

    I wanted to deal with the Gantt function and encounter the following problems.
    Is there any Gantt documentation for Lianja5?
    When trying to set chart data entries I get undefined when entering "", "", "" when I enter "Markus", "Peter", "Hans" I don't understand the 4 letters of the respective name.
    If no input has been entered in Data, test data such as Richard, Fred, .. will probably be displayed.

    Looks to me like you are using an old version of Lianja. You need to upgrade to latest. If you have an active subscription your existing license key can be used.

    Thanks for the information. But I'm using the latest version of Lianja 5.1. So I added another screen print. 5.1 is marked in the upper corner. Or am I ignoring something? Thanks for the support!

    I hope I'm not too stupid, but the input was unsuccessful, no matter what input I entered, I was then sent a blank page. "& nbsp;" or "& Peter;", "& Hans"

    Hi Schlingmeier,

    Chart Sections are based on the script files graph_ChartType.rsp in the Library. If you have a look at graph_gantt.rsp (Library->Lianja Server Pages) it gives additional information about the data format:

    // Format of the data is a javscript array list e.g.
    // [31, 28, null, 'Richard'], [31, 28, null, 'Fred'] ...
    //
    // [0] = start value
    // [1] = size value
    // [2] = completed value (if not null will display percentage completed after the bar)
    // [3] = label

    Regards,

    Yvonne

    Thank you for the info. I'll try it out. Does the script have to be executed in Java, or is it also possible to do this in VFP. Thank you in advance. greeting

    Hi Olaf,

    When you set the attributes in the Chart Section, these are passed as parameters to the rsp file (an rsp file is a combination of Lianja/VFP scripting and HTML5). You do not need to modify the rsp file.

    Or do you mean specifying a Lianja/VFP script as the data attribute? Is this a desktop or web/mobile App?

    Regards,

    Yvonne
