Yes there is an ODBC driver but Lianja SQL Server is not yet available for download. It will be available as stated in the roadmap.
It has been available for a while now. When you install Lianja SQL Server the ODBC driver is automatically installed also. There is however a separate Lianja ODBC Driver download if you just want to install that on client to access data in the Lianja SQL Server running on another machine.
