Anchors in Web App Canvas Sections?

I am not seeing anchors work in Web App Canvas sections. Should they be?

Example: in JS app, add canvas section, add textbox, set textbox anchor to 48 (relative top, relative left).

I believe absolute top,left,right and bottom are working. Will need to look into anchors.
