Thanks, strictly speaking, the App is already available

Along with the standard 3 table relationship, it uses:

* the right sidebar from example_webapp2 - server-side function calls from prgs and an rsp script that get deployed (dbo deployed for prgs) when you deploy the App
* cut-down versions of the section menu from example_webapp - the client-side JavaScript delegates get deployed when the index.html is created
* a tweaked Library\report.rsp - make sure you deploy Library scripts too
* a copy of the southwind database - don't forget to deploy the data
