    Question app files, runs in Lianja?

    My project include some .app files; this files can be include in Lianja? How can do it?

    Hi Victor,

    no: .app files run off the VFP runtime. On windows you could execute them, assuming you had the VFP runtime associated with .app files, but you wouldn't have any feedback from the .app.

    Hi Victor,

    You can access a VFP COM object from Lianja. This would give you the ability to run methods and get results back. The VFP helpfile shows how to create VFP COM objects, and there are many resources on the web for learning about this. Google on "vfp com server" without the quotes.

    You can RUN an .app file if (as it should be) the .app file is associated with the VFP runtime, but you won't get any results back.
