Adding a new column to a grid

Creating a grid section, you can drag and drop a table onto the grid.
Right clicking a grid column header gives you the options to see the attributes or remove the column.

There is an option to add a new row to the grid; however, how do you add a new column?
This would be useful in cases for data mapping.
