Without OLE-Support it will be very difficult for us to migrate our huge application to Lianja.
Our application supports COM-based communication with MS-Office (Excel, Word) and other applications. Additionally we use some ActiveX-Controls in our gui (Treeview, Listview etc. from DBI).

Why not support some platform-specific functions? Let the developer decide to use them or not. At least non-visual COM-support would be very helpful for a pure windows-based solution. Complete platform independence is actually not our priority objective.
