Mobile image uploads

Hi Guys

An exciting development is being able to upload images from iPad to server.

V5 contains :

Lianja.uploadImageFiles(controlsource as string, multiple as boolean, title as string, onsuccess as function, onerror as function)

Are there yet any examples of the syntax that we could better understand?

Not sure what multiple as boolean (multiple images1 per record or something else?), title as string (title of pop up window or title of image file?) refer to.

This is probably going to be one of the most important aspects of Lianja mobile apps going forwards so we want to get it right.

Try it and see.

controlsource is in the format table.column. Your image is uploaded and stored in that.

multiple allows selection of multiple images which are uploaded one after the other and inserted into the table.column.

It is commonplace to upload then call a server side proc to link these images to another table in a one to many relationship.

Imagestrip sections can also be used for this purpose and allow horizontal scrolling of a reasonable number of images with the ability to dd new ones Nd delete existing ones.
