Offline sync to LCS

Hi Lianja team

I see a planned feature in LCS 2.2 as follows

Synchronization of data from offline to online (Lianja Cloud Server) mode in Lianja Mobile Apps

Does this enable a mobile app to work offline when the LCS goes offline or get disconnected?
