Apparent Lianja dates start at 1/1/1900. Alas, my genealogy and censusing application in VFP has to handle dates hundred of years in the past. VFP dates start at 1/1/0100. It was an arbitrary choice I imagine, but that's when they have always started.

Any ideas? Create a DIY date type?
