Is there a configuration file that can be customized for the Lianja App Builder?

The Lianja App Builder saves the last accessed app, database and window settings between sessions.
Linux: ~/.config/Lianja/Lianja.conf
Windows: Registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Lianja\Lianja
Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/com.lianja.Lianja.plist

In beta6 R2 if a file called config.db exists in the {LIANJA_DIR}\conf\ directory it is executed in startup so you can load libraries, execute SET commands etc in that. It is a regular .prg file with a .db extension.
