Purpose

Syntax

ISALPHA(<expC>)

Description

The ISALPHA() function returns .T. if the first character of the character expression <expC> is alphabetic (i.e. lies within A-Z or a-z).

Example

store "965.23" to value

if isalpha(m->value)

endif
