I've created a section, based on a Attachments Section.
All work fine, but is possible to Edit the docuemnt attached?
In my case, is a Word docuemnt, I open it, but is not possible to save the changed document..

Yes, you can do that. The attachments section in LianjaDemo shows how to do it. Saving the result in the blob field would require code specific to the editor you are using, of course. And it would not work in a pure web context (although on a phonegap or native mobile app there would be ways to accomplish this).
