Improved event logging in the App Inspector

In Lianja v2.1 when the App Inspector is active, events are logged in the "Events" tab in both development view and runtime view. In versions prior to v2.1 the events were only logged in runtime view. This provides more useful information when optimizing the speed of an App.

Note that in Lianja 2.1 the App inspector "Events" now display an elapsed time for each operation. This can help you pinpoint slow parts in your apps with a view to optimizing their performance.

I have used this feature to speed up App load time significantly in v2.1 when using "Deferred load" pages as can be seen from the screenshot below.

This is very, very useful.
For instance, it shows you the meta_type values being assigned as you type.
