Deploying Lianja Web/Mobile Client Apps: Web/Tablet/Phone App Views + Deploy

The Lianja Cloud Server and Lianja Web Client Getting Started Video introduced the Web App View and how you generate the HTML5/JavaScript index.html file for your Lianja Web App by clicking the Deploy button (previously called Save).

The Web App View was soon joined by the Tablet App View and the Phone App View (yet to make it to video :(). These also each have a Deploy button to generate the code tailored for Tablets (tablet_index.html) and Phones (phone_index.html).
